I-693 Immigration Medical Exam
The I-693 immigration medical exam is a crucial component of the immigration process. Our office provides a thorough physical examination of the patient that includes collection of samples of blood and urine, which are then sent to a lab for processing. The turnaround for the lab work typically takes about a week and results are made available for pickup at Dr. Partida’s office upon their release. Though our office does not provide vaccinations or x-rays (necessary in cases where patients test positive for quantiferon), we can direct you to facilities able to provide those services.
*Note: It is not necessary to fast prior to having your blood drawn for this exam.
FEES: $300 for patients 14 & over; $200 for patients 13 & under
Opioid Depence Therapy
The path to sobriety can be a difficult one, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our mission is to educate our patients about the nature of addiction and provide a maintenance therapy based approach to improve the long-term health of the patient. After a brief consultation, a course of buprenorphine treatment (SUBOXONE®/Subutex) is prescribed and is subsequently followed by monthly checkups. Following the prescribed course of treatment will assist you in controlling addiction and getting your life back.
*Note: First-time opioid patients are required to complete a preliminary interview to determine eligibility for treatment. Additionally, although our office does not accept insurance for consultation, many insurances cover partial or full cost of the prescription written for the patient.
FEES: Initial Consultation $150; Subsequent monthly consultations $150 (per visit)
