Our office takes great pride in providing trusted medical care for patients in the Chula Vista community and beyond in a calming and relaxing environment. We do our best to meet the needs of each patient and make sure they receive the dignity, respect, and compassion that they deserve. Flexible appointments are available Monday-Friday to fit your busy schedule along with walk-ins (subject to availability). We aim to not only diagnose and treat our patients in a compassionate and efficient way, but to also educate them on how to properly manage their ailments in a way that will improve their long-term health.
Meet Our Staff
Jose Maria Partida, MD
Born in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Dr. Partida earned his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara before establishing a practice in Tijuana, Mexico. After 10 years of practicing medicine in Tijuana, Dr. Partida obtained his medical license to practice in U.S. and relocated his family to North Dakota for a yearlong residency before moving on to practice in North Carolina in 1981. In 1987, Dr. Partida and his family relocated to California and have been a part of the Chula Vista community ever since.
Rosa Sara Partida - Former Office Administrator (Retired)
Mrs. Partida was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. While pursuing a degree in social work form Universidad de Guadalajara, Sara worked at a local radio station as a board operator. One day, during a break, Sara met Jose (a medical student at the time) in downtown Guadalajara. After walking her back to work, Sara invited Jose to a festival later that evening where they got to know each other. Following two years of dating, Sara and Jose got married and started a family. Mrs. Partida has served as Dr. Partida’s office administrator ever since. After serving as the Office Administrator for over 30 years, Rosa Sara is enjoying retirement.
Karla Garcia, Office Administrator
With three previous years of work experience in the medical field, Karla has quickly become an integral part of our clinic as the friendly face greeting patients at the front desk. She is a dedicated staff member that prides herself on being empathetic, courteous, and professional. As a native San Diegan and nature enthusiast, Karla often goes hiking in her free time.
